Pinot Noir
Mainly from various plots in Kirchhalden, a hillside vineyard with colored sandstone, in the village of Münchweier. Hand-harvested, fermented with wild yeasts, aged in ex-Burgundy casks, and bottled without filtration. Aromatic with vivid primary fruit alongside herbal minty flavors—an ideal bistro Pinot.
