C.A.I. Riesling
This off-dry, non-chapitalized Riesling—from diverse steep slope parcels in and around Enkirch—pays homage to Carl August Immich (C.A.I.), who created the Batterieberg vineyard in the mid-19th century. Spontaneous fermentation mainly in steel with small percentage of wood. Juicy, fresh, mineral-driven, and for all its length, light on its feet.
