Winninger Hamm Riesling Kabinett feinherb

A rejoinder to the notion that so-called “classic” Mosel Kabinett always means high levels of residual sugar. Clocking in at 14 g/l residual sugar—roughly the spot to which many Mosel Riesling traditionally fermented—this feinherb, from the vastly underrated Hamm, just downstream from Uhlen, is all playfulness, lightness, and wonderfully balanced depth.
