Ayler Kupp Riesling Fass 9 “Kern”
This cru is named after the former owner, Herr Kern, a 19th-century tobacco manufacturer from Saarlouis. The stony parcel of 70-year-old vines from a cross-section on the western flank of the Kupp hillside, noted for its hot days and cool nights, offers a wine of exceptional aromatics and balance, enormous concentration and depth. Raised in Fuder.
