A satiny, smooth, delightful dry Kabinett, fermented spontaneously in tank. Domherr, a well-weathered slate site within Goldtröpfchen, is inclined toward opulence, but in both vineyard and cellar Heinz aims for (and achieves) wines of balance and relative reserve.
