Kestener Herrenberg Spätburgunder
Pinot Noir planted in finely weathered (almost powdery) silvery-gray slate on a south-facing, side-valley slope. Aged in second-hand Burgundian casks, Stefan’s wines from this site are always defined, regardless of vintage, by their vivid mineral drive. Framed here by lean, compact fruit with a long, lingering finish.
