Winningen goût de terroir. From various plots in Hamm and Domgarten (notably the old-named, highly-rated section of Taubesberg), this is a hand-picked, non-chaptalized, spontaneously-fermented Gutswein. The palate is amazingly detailed, complex, and wild—an absolute steal.
